Full-Time Experienced Veterinary Receptionist
We are seeking to grow our amazing team by adding experienced client service representatives. As we are open 24/7 the schedule would include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Salary is based on experience. As a client service representative you will enjoy getting to know our clients and patients. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Answering a multi-line phone system
- Directing phone calls as appropriate
- Checking in clients upon arrival
- Communicating with assistants, technicians, and veterinarians
- Data-entry and filing
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby and exam rooms
Successful candidates will be friendly and upbeat, comfortable interacting with animals of different breeds, size, and personality, and possess excellent communication skills. As we are an emergency hospital, candidates must be able to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced and unpredictable environment. Must have previous experience in a veterinary clinic.
